Summerwood Veterinary Surgery supports local schools by providing work experience for pupils
At Summerwood Veterinary Surgery we are delighted to give local pupils with an interest in a career in the veterinary field experience working in our surgery.
If you would like a placement then you need to be aware that there are only a limited amount of placements available each year - we are not always able to comply with every request. You are advised to apply far in advance of the dates you require as placements fill up quickly.
Please forward a curriculum vitae telling us about your education, hobbies and experience to date. Ideally this should be forwarded by post accompanied by a letter stating the dates you would like your work placement.

From time to time we take work placement students. Rachel Palmer is currently on a work placement with us as part of her course at Coleg Gwent Usk. We really enjoy having Rachel with us, she is an enthusiastic member of our team and we wish her well in her studies.
